Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Xabit account and data at any time, directly from the app. No need to contact support first.

From the app

Open Xabit

Go to Settings

Tap your profile in the top corner, then Settings.

Delete account

Scroll to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm.

Don't have the app installed

Email hello@xabit.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity first. Requests are typically completed within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, email, and photo
Every expense, category, and budget cap you logged
Receipt photos you attached
Your membership in every group, along with splits and approval history tied to you
Your spending personality reports
Push notification tokens and device data

What we may keep, briefly

Expense entries you contributed to a shared group, where removing them would corrupt other members' records — your name is disassociated from these, but the entry itself stays for the group's accuracy
